Charting
Thomson Innovation's powerful charting features turn records from search results or Work Files into ranked lists or charts, enabling you to easily identify key competitors, people, technologies or trends. Flexible formatting options let you present data in the most effective way - bar, line and pie charts, with additional display and color options, as well as support for multi-fielded ranked lists. Commonly-used charts can be created in a single step, while an easy-to-use chart wizard guides you through more complex data and formatting configurations. And by saving charts within Work Files, right alongside the relevant records, you can easily share these easy-to-understand graphical tools across your organization.

Citation Maps
A Citation Map displays all backward and forward references for your record in an interactive graphical map, allowing you to trace the evolution or dependencies of technology through time.
By sorting or color-coding cited references according to the content, you can quickly uncover trends within the map. And any key records identified within the map can be saved to a Thomson Innovation Work File for later use.
